--- Spin-Off List Coming Soon
Our Primary Stock Portfolio is created by
using a proprietary algorithm to select companies that have
recently become spin-offs. The theory is based on studies
which have shown that spin-offs tend to out-perform the stock
market. Spin-offs are existing subsidiaries or divisions that
are separated from the parent company that then become independent
publicly-traded companies.
Because we add only a small percentage
of available spin-offs to our Primary Stock Portfolio, there
are many other spin-offs available for investors to analyze
on their own. Many of you have requested that we publish a
list of all the spin-offs in addition to the spin-offs listed
in our Primary Stock Portfolio. Therefore, we will soon be
publishing a list of companies that are scheduled to be spun-off,
as well as companies that have recently been spun-off.
