--- The Last Time Insiders Were Buying At This Rate Signaled
The End Of The Last Bear Market
New York's Argus Research
is reporting that company insiders (officers, directors,
and largest shareholders of publicly traded corporations)
are currently buying stock at the highest rate in nearly
six years. The last time insiders were buying at the current
rate or higher was at the end of the bear market of 2000-2002.
Shortly thereafter, the "markets embarked on a five-year
bull run" according to David Coleman, an Argus editor.
